L'escalier Tete Chien, or the snake staircase at Sinekou. It's an exposed volcanic outcrop that runs down a hillside into the sea. The Carib have a number of stories and myths relatd to the tete chien or boa constrictor, which are still remembered by some of the elders. The coupling of stories and landscape elements recurs at Pagua Rock, further north in the Carib Territory.
